What can I do if I lost mobile phone?

If you lost your mobile phone, the UPI-PIN is required to authorize all transactions then they will not be able to use the UPI app. Apart from that, contact our customer support at your bank.

How can I pay an online merchant through UPI?

If you shop-online, you can pay through UPI as a payment option. By clicking on that, you need to enter your Payment Address (eg – abc@upi). Once entered, you receive a collect request on your BHIM UPI app then enter your UPI-PIN here and your payment will be complete.

What if I enter wrong UPI – PIN while transaction?

If you enter the wrong UPI PIN then the transaction will fail. If your input the wrong UPI PIN multiple times, bank may temporarily block the transactions UPI from my account.
